We have a total of 35 in-house engineers, technicians and specially trained
staff responsible for QC. A Testing Center equipped with advanced instruments
was also established in Head office for products¨quality control. Our
QC and testing equipment are mainly developed in house. QC equipment includes:
heat treatment equipment,resist draw test,metallegraphy analysis,ultrasonic
defect checking,chemistry alalyse,spectrum analysis,throw pill machine

Standards & Approvalss:
QC procedure starts from testing raw materials/components.
Defective materials or components will be eliminated before flowing into
production. Well-trained QC staff carries out each production stage as
well as QC to prevent inferior products from entering next working procedure.
Specialized technicians are also sent to spot check products regularly.
Finished products go through strict quality inspection before dispatching.
Control of raw material:
At every charge, on regular basis,samples from the melted metal are checked
by the use of the spectrometer to their alloy specification,whereas within
seconds of time the spectrometer determines up to 24 components in alloy,
and reports elements for correction which are off their requested limits
Chemical metallography researches: special
chemistry lab and tester
Various mechanical test are made on metals by related devices for their
hardness, tensile strengths, and bending values.
A microscope, with sufficient 1500 X magnification capability, takes the
work for structural observation of the material and takes photographs
With the aid of an ultrasonic-inspection apparatus,
cast parts can be checked for invisible hollow or crack zones in the structure,defects
checking,reaching a penetration value of 1000 mm.Also we have dye penetrant
and magnetic particles test abilities.
Through the needs of our clients quality certificates can be provided
from foreign authorities.
